Selling front wheel hub for VAZ-2121 and VAZ-2123 / HFTS /

The front wheel hub is reinforced with 24 splines on the VAZ-2121 "NIVA" and "Chevrolet-NIVA" (HFTS)

It is well known that during the operation of the VAZ-2121 "Niva" and VAZ-2123 "Chevrolet-Niva" cars, the problems of the front wheel hub assembly cause great complaints. For a comprehensive solution to these problems, the specialists of our enterprise "Kharkov Vehicle Factory" (HFTS) have developed and introduced into production a new hub-bearing assembly.
In the design of the reinforced hub, increased radii of rounding and thickness of material in dangerous sections are incorporated, the root part of the splines has a radius rounding, which excludes the creation of stress concentration and further mechanical destruction.
The hub is made of steel 40ХГНМ (40ХНМ) using hot forging technology.
The total safety margin has been increased 2 times relative to a standard factory product and 3 times relative to products from other manufacturers.
The design of the hub provides for the installation of the inner bearing race on a transitional sliding fit, which allows maintenance and dismantling (to replace the brake disc) without destroying the bearing.
